  • m3 machine glaze?

i picked up a bottle of this on autogeek, i was reading the directions and it says to apply by buffer only? i bought it thinking i was going to put it on with my da. so my question is does it really make a difference applying it by rotary or a da? its not like its a compound that needs to be worked into the paint. i wouldn't think it would matter that much? it says it outshines all other glazes waxes and sealants so im pretty pumped to use it

edit i have the new and improved formula by the way

The product's light cleaning & refining ability is going to be best utilized when applied with a Rotary. You can still use it on your DA, but you will more so just be utilizing the gloss enhancing ability of the product, instead of removing any very light swirls left behind, as it can do with a rotary.

ok thanks, so when you say light swirls left behind do you mean from prior compounding? if you used it with a da should you use a microfiber finishing pad?

you think it would be strong enough on a da to be like a pre wax cleaner? if u use like a polishing pad?

So what i did was apply the pro machine glaze with a 6" waffle pad thats made for pre wax cleaners. i basically used it like a pre wax cleaner with the da on speed three. i did one panel at a time and only wiped each panel off 75% of the way. then i let it soak in overnight. i was very happy with the results and i feel the overnight soak made a big diffrence
