Using ultimate wax liquid????

So I did some detailing this weekend. My car is only 2 month old, so it needed some love.

1. I clayed it.
2. i polished it with ultimate polish and a da polisher
3. I put on ultimate wax by hand with the included sponge.

My issue is no matter how much wax I put onto the car it's seem to disappear into the paint. My question is is my car protected or am I going to need to do more wax? I followed the instructions and let it sit for no more than 3 to 5 minutes (it was warm out so it had dried) on each panel and then took it off with a micro fiber cloth.

Any help you could provide would be great.

But from reading you application method, it appears you followed the directions. Ultimate Wax goes on thin to the point where it is not seen. As long as you followed the directions you are good to go and the paint is protected.
