  • clear coat failure or wet sand?

Hi guys, pretty new to the detailing world. I saw some weird marks at the roof and was wondering if anyone has an insight. Is there a way to save that without going to paint shop? Car is 14 years old with medium paint hardness (if that helps at all).

Looks like clearcoat failure to me.....only way to completely fix is a repaint

Unfortunately it does appear to be clear coat failure. We would agree with others the best way to properly fix the issue is to re-paint.
