Need Advice for Correcting Clearcoat Scratches

My first post got cut off for some reason, and I wasn't able to edit it, so here is my second attempt.

I haven't been able to wash my truck for a month. I finally got around to it today, and afterwards I inspected it like I always do after washing. What I found left me speechless
