I want to put on a chrome license plate holder but i only have 2 screw holes, i can drill new holes but what about making them water proof? should i just use silicone or something?

If you are drilling into a normal bumper skin that is on a car now, I would just go right in with your new screws, shouldn't be a problem and will be a nice tight fit. I can assure you that is all the dealers do when they put plates on the front.2017 Lexus RX 350 - Satin Cashmere Metallic
