As the title says...is there a difference between the products? I have some UW on hand, which I plan on using for the next detail of my daughter's '13 Hyundai Sonata (silver car). Is it worth the difference to pick up some M21 or stay with what I have? Car will be washed and clayed, with some (very) minor correction coming after that...(prior owner had a cat)

IMO, I think Ultimate Wax is superior to M21. To me, the surface feels slicker longer with UW. I see no difference in the initial appearance between the two. Given the choice, I go to UW for my needs.Jim

I use M21 simply because I can get it in the 64oz size.
I do love the ULW though...Comment

Different polymers in both products. UW will last a little longer than M21.
If you have UW on hand then just use that. You could always buy it later on if you wish to try something new. You could also pick up NXT as it is very similar to M21.Comment
