Some all purpose cleaner or Mothers Heavy Duty Trim Cleaner would get it off.

Another tip, lightly rub with a Magic Eraser, then apply your favorite trim dressing.

If you are referring to a non-painted colored plastic, any mild all purpose cleaner along works to remove wax residue stuck in these surfaces, including rubber window trim. A soft bristled brush can help to agitate enhance cleaning by agitate the porous material. Our #M39 Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner is also great to have around for these situations. Remember to follow up with a conditioner or protectant. Our G16910 Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer Aerosol is our longest lasting option and our G15812 Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer gel also has great durability and is a little easier to apply. Our #40 Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner is also a great product and our D4510 Plastic & Vinyl Coating is very popular as well.
