How to get these out?

I'm not quite sure if these are just stubborn water spots or something worse. They only show on one side of my car, which happens to be the side near our sprinklers. This is mainly on the driver side door and rear panel. The car was washed with D114 but I was running short on time so a quick layer of UQW was all I had time for.

Definitely looks like some bad water spots. The longer they have been accumulating the harder they are going to be to remove. A compound would be a good start!
