Cleaning between cab and truck bed?

Any good ideas on cleaning between the truck bed and cab area, minus a pressure washer? I have a friend who has a lot of grime that he cannot get to and needs a solution minus pressure washer. Do they make a mitt on a stick for such?

Try a "johnny mop," Not those that are like a plastic brush, but ones that have big fluffy ball at the 'working end'. Hit up you local janitorial supply store.

That and attach it to the end of a stick, yard sticks work well (they're flexible).
