Had the hood and roof painted on a car two weeks ago and of course I didn't wax it yet because you're not supposed to for a few months until the paint cures. There were some storms a few days ago and many green leaves fell on the car. Washed it today and you can see the faint outline of the leaves in the paint. Is this a paint defect or normal for fresh paint? And how can I fix it? I have a DA and M83 and M09.

Re: Leaf imprints in new paint
You shouldn't wax your car until the paint cures, correct. However you can correct defects along the way.
Out of the two products you have, I'd begin with M09. It's the milder of the products and you should always begin with the least aggressive product. Use a finishing pad too. Try a small area to test the procedure before proceeding.
