  • How to organize and store detailing supplies in car trunk?

Greetings all, I don't currently have the luxury of a garage . . . can anyone recommend a good system to organize products including bottles, cloths, brushes, buckets, vacuum, etc. in a vehicle trunk?

I'm considering a couple of these: http://amzn.to/1Wq772A Or maybe just buckets? Thanks!

im thinking either clear stackable containers or possibly 6 clear Drawers that pull out. to store your Towels, MIcrofibers in. A small container to store all your liquids. Your best bet would be hit HOme depot , Lowes, and the Big box stores . I wouldn't get something that heavy duty. Possibly a small like bag from hardware or lugage to store buffing pads in.

I like the hefty ones they lock the lid..

I have the same issue, I have two clear plastic containers, one big and one medium size. I keep the medium sized one in my trunk with some quick detailer, waterless wash products, mf towels and a couple of other accessories. Just stuff that I may need to get stuff off my car quickly, like bird droppings or tree sap, stains on the carpets...etc. The rest of my products are kept in the larger container that just stays in my apartment. Makes it really easy, when I want to do some detailing I just grab the container and I'm good to go.

Recommend ensuring that if you need to store any of your products horizontally (like spray bottles) that they don't leak. I learned that the hard way, came back to the car and half of my product was wasted/spilled.
