  • GC Rich Leather Cleaner and Conditioner

I have been using this GC Rich Leather Cleaner and Conditioner on my car imterior for many years with great success.

I recently bought 2 pair of nice leather shoes and am wondering if I should use this product to maintain these shoes. One of these shoes is light brown so mink oil is out of the question since mink oil would darken the shoes.

I would not use automotive leather cleaner and conditioner on fine leather shoes. Automotive leather is coated leather, and nothing penetrates it. It is basically just smelly stuff you put on your seats to make them smell nice.
You should use real leather conditioners and polish for fine leather wearables - such brands as Guardsman, Kiwi, Lincoln or Tarrago.

I'm with Blueline again. Car leather is not shoe leather.

Agreed, I forgot that car leather is coated.

I asked because occasionally, I do use Meguiars waxes for interior wood furnitures.
