    There anyway to fix this road rash on these white wheels? (its not powder coat. they are forged aluminum wheels)

          Those wheels are repairable, but most likely by a specialist. Check out wheel repair in your area, or even mobile wheel repair. Some of the work wheel repair people do is absolutely amazing, and you'd never know the wheel had been curbed. They'll most likely fill the metal and refinish the wheel in that area.
