You mean blast them dry immediately after cleaning them? But then they'll get wet again as I rinse/wash/rinse the car again.

Right. But the water won't linger on one wheel as you work on another.

But they'll still end up wet as soon as I begin to rinse the car. Lol.

I kind of see what you mean though, as I'll be trying not to spray them with water afterwards.
