  • Did i do a good job? and have some questions about polish

    1. Washed my car with a microfiber sponge
    2. dried my car
    3. Then I used a oribital buffer with a microfiber pad and applied meguairs ultimate compound and applied it to the paint and then removed it
    4. after uc i used meguairs mirror glaze 7 on a microfiber applicator pad and applied it to the paint with my hand (question here is i applied mirror glaze on the paint and after wiped right off cause the bottle says do not let it dry and i didnt understand why?)
    5. after meguiars mirror glaze i took a microfiber applicator pad and applied meguairs deep crystal wax by hand and let it dry for 20min and wiped it off(is 20min good enough or should i have left it on longer?)

M7 will be a paint to remove. That is why. You want to apply M7 very thing. Just as an FYI, M7 has no correction ability. It is pure polishing oils. You may want to consider ultimate polish for next time.

Deep crystal needs to haze prior to removal. Drying time varies by one's environment. Deep crystal is not the most durable so apply regularly to add protection to the paint.

yes i know it has no correction ability is why i used ultime compound first to correct the paint by removing all the flaws first then i used m7.

You don't need to compound all the time which is what I was getting at the next time you do paint correction. This is where a product like UP or M205 comes into play.
