I have a 2015 sonata that has shale gray paint. Its a lite color. I just tried using ULW and found it had to see it while applying it. I wind up applying to much or may be applying to thin.... even after it drys its still hard to see. Im always afraid applying to thin. Is there a way of tell when its to thin thanks all

Re: Applying Ultimate Liquid Wax
You really want it very very thin. If you dont, you'll get a mess, at least for a few days or next wash. Then it usually evens out.
Part of why two thin coats is best, incase you miss a spot when applying thin.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

Re: Applying Ultimate Liquid Wax
Thin is the way to go, it may be a bit unsettling at first barely seeing the wax you applied. And do note that Ultimate wax (liquid and paste) has the thin film technology, so you're on the right track in applying ultimate wax real thin.
