Greetings, wondering if someone had come across something like this.
-I live I SoFlo but the truck is originally from MA.
-Other than these spots, truck paint is in very good condition, so no evident abuse.
-Spots feel rough to the touch.
-Notice the spots are only on the outer "grooves" the rest are ok.
Should the 5 step paint care cycle take care of these? or is this some sort of different animal?
