What are the little dots often seen after some light to heavy paint correction?

Got a pic? Are they white dots?

Often there are tiny little pits / stone chips in the paint which weren't previously noticable, but become noticed when they fill up with polish and/or wax residue.

If that happens, it's a matter of being more thorough with product removal, or do a wipedown with IPA.

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

This is probably what you are seeing. Check out Mike Phillips response.
