Ok I have been doing some detailing to my new (atleast new to me) Lotus and was wondering what type of product should I use on the rims themselves? I have been using the NXT with some pretty good results on the paint but I'm stumped with what to do with the rims. I'm planning on putting the car up on stands and taking the wheels off for better access to the back side. Would I use a normal carnuba wax or stick with the NXT?

    Thanks in advance,
    Pat

You can't go wrong with NXT, the carnauba wax has too low of a melting point to be effective on the wheel's surface. A synthetic can withstand a great amount of heat whereas carnauba's tend to dissapate under intense heat applications.
