205/ Glaze

guys good day i have a quick question that i have in mind from long - is it recomended that always to use 205 after doing the 105? if so why?

the other question is that i havent had the opportunity to work with glaze but i baught a # 3 to see whats like so is it recomended to apply after 205?

i am still learning and would like to better understand the Glaze # 3 purpose
