      Well done. Although I would've suggested plastidip to just cover the whole tire.

        Plastidip definitly was not an option considering what I paid for the wheels. It was either clean these up or send them back. If I were to plastidip them then I would find a pair I knew was in bad shape or just do my existing wheels. Anyways here's one last shot in some natural light. From this distance I think they look great. I have not used the polish on it and I am a bit reluctant since the wheels have more of a satin finish, and the polish says specifically not to use on satin. The compound does not have this warning. I did them all by hand and to be honest I have no desire to do another round with the polish lol. I think I'm just going to wax em and be done.

          That makes sense. I would expect something to be in good condition if I paid a good amount for it.
          Good job on making it look new again.

          And make sure the people who mount it for you don't scratch it again, it seems like such a sensitive coat.
