Hi All
Started the vinyl removal from my car few weeks ago, got half way through the car and got lazy so I paid a shop to do the rest. I picked it up yesterday and it appears that the sun and black satin vinyl has damaged the rear wing.
Now most of the parts that had black vinyl on the car seem to have developed a yellow tinge and I had no trouble removing prior with a little bit of Wax/buff and some sunlight. After about 1-2 weeks the colour would go back to normal.
This has me confused though as I'm not too sure how to tackle this or in what method. Obviously re spray is an option but I want to see if it can be "detailed" out.
Car is a 2010 ford focus xr5. the paint feels smooth as I run my hand over it so it appears that it isn't damaged.
