NXT Gen 2.0

I have a new Ram 3500 (Black) that i'll be sealing up this week. I am out of M21. I do have a few oz of Ultimate Liquid and a whole bunch of NXT Gen 2.0 wax (thank you Lowes clearance, $3.50 / bottle!!!) anyway........what would your choice be? I'm going to clean up the paint first with M205 and / or D302.
