  • How to apply endurance?

    Hi from Italy,
what is the best procedure to apply gold class endurance high gloss? I usually use one foam applicator (can't find the tyre applicator) and apply one coat of product . The problem is that sometimes I see some sling and the tyre feels a little greasy and collect some dust. Is it normal? Any suggestions?

If you are getting sling then I would recommend wiping the tire down after application (wait about 10-15 minutes for the dressing to "set"). Pay close attention to the tread in the sidewalls. Sometimes dressing will accumulate in these areas and then "sling" up. Good luck!!!

Does wiping off the tire reduce the gloss effect? What do I have to use for this job?

You may think it is at first, but once the dressing "resets" it will be jsut as high gloss. I would use a dedicated, cheap, microfiber towel. Cotton terry would work as well, but you might get a little lint.

Here is a photo with my tire with the process ebpcivicsi talks of. Still very shiny and good looking.

Probably the most important thing you can do that will affect the performance of a tire dressing is to thoroughly clean the tires. This will allow the tire dressing to penetrate and adhere best. If you do this, (clean the tire), then one well applied coat of Endurance, or any tire dressing is all you should need.

Meguiar's understands this relationship between properly prepared surface and the performance of a dressing, to help you properly and safely clean your tire, Meguiar's introduced a dedicated tire cleaner.

You know.... I have never done 2 coats of Endurance and I have been using it for 3-4 years. I have read it on the bottle but just never tired it, I like the look one coat gives me. I should give it a try... Have you tried it?

No, I don't have tried it yet. Next time I will follow ebpcivicsi process and maybe 2 coats of endurance. Thank you all for the infos.
