  • new paint care

Hello, New to caring for new paint. Just got my 04 Sebring painted. Hasn't been a week yet. But wouldn't you know it a bird already said Ha Ha. When I tried to clean it off the present, seemed to leave a yellow spot on my nice white paint. Any ideas as to how I can get the stain out. Thanks for any advice.

    What have you already tried?

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Try claying the area and scratchX 2.0, do at least 2 passes. If it doesn't work, move up to UC, again if it doesn't work, try talking to your painter if he can rebuff the stain left by that nice, friendly bird.

As for care for newly painted cars, use conventional car washes (no wax), instant detailers with none of the hydrophobic polymers, and regular application of pure polish (M07 o Deep Crystal) for 30-90 days.

Hopefully something mild like the Ult. Polish would be all that is needed.
