Hey everyone, just a quick statement then question. First, looking forward to seeing everyone's input and learning things I may have not known. Second, I'm a new business owner, auto detailing and paint protection. I am wanting to know everyone's must have products and methods you may use? I have the experience, but am curious about what others may use. Thanks in advance.

Re: New business
Welcome to MOL and welcome to the business side of things. Its a great industry to be in. Can you post a little more about yourself and/or business and experience in the detailing industry. What products or tools do you have and what is your target market? There's a lot of varying degrees of detailing, so a little more info would be helpful.
As for advice on products or tools in general. If you're serious about paint correction, a Rupes 21 with both of a 5" and 6" backing plate is a must. Megs MF cutting pads and some serious compounds like M105 and M101 are gonna be your best friends. For lighter stuff and for polishing after the compounding steps, M205 will be key. Some foam pads will be very helpful too (I personally like Lake Country pads solely because they have 5 inch pads). Some good waxes and AIO's will be important as well.
Give us a little more info and we we can help steer you in a better direction with more products and tools. Or spend as much time as you can reading through threads on here; there is a TON of information on these forums that will be extremely helpful to you.
