    High Pressure Rinse

    Hey guys this might be a stupid question but is it bad to frequently rinse your car/truck with high pressure water at the carwash?
    I always hand wash my cars at home but I do however pass through the car wash to use the high pressure rinse--probably a bit more times than I should. Is there any negative effects whatsoever?

    Just don't lay the nozzle super close to the surface, but other than that...I see no problem. You're just doing a rinse off, right?

    During the winters, the coin-op 'rinse' is a life saver for me.

      I use a pressure washer on my pickup truck, and horse trailers, but would never use one on the vehicles I value. Just me.
