Best way to apply Deep Crystal Cleaner?

I would automatically look to a quality terry cloth towel or microfiber wipe to remove any paint cleaner residue, but what would be the best applicator for Deep Crystal paint cleaner?:

1. 100% cotton terry cloth towel
2. Foam applicator pad
3. Even coat applicator

[the other pc]

I would go with the foam applicator for a cleaner. I think they give a little more “bite�.

Any of the three should work OK though.
