Welcome to the forum my fellow Corvette owner. I recommend taking a really bright light source to examine what the paint looks like. One thing to keep in mind is even with the car being new (I'm just assuming it's brand new), it may not be free of swirls, holograms, etc. If you notice any defects of any kind, I recommend Gold Class car wash with Meguiar's microfiber mitt, clay, compound if needed, Ultima Polish or 205, and some Ultimate Wax or Gold Class Carnauba. The Ultimate will provide the longest protection from the Meguiar's wax line. Congrats on the purchase of your Vette.Originally posted by RDBales:549556 -
