Have white F250 that has "rust" spots about the size of a pin head and smaller (mostly smaller). Went over truck with clay and was able to remove 90% of the spots. Is there something else I should try? Need to apply by hand if possible.

You could also use a piece of clean, soft 100% cotton terry cloth toweling, or a foam applicator pad like our Hi Tech Applicator Pads.
Make sure to shake this product well before using and periodically while using it.

Hey,
The tiny rust spots could be the result of rail dust when the truck was transported new from the factory to the dealer via the rails.
Usually claying the paint should remove the majority of these spots. For any others remaining I would suggest trying to locate some Meguiar's Medallion Premium Paint Cleaner. The product was discontinued earlier in the year but a few dealers may still have the product in stock. Using the MPPC with a foam applicator, work the product thoroughly into the paint with the remaining spots and remove with a MF towel. If you can not find the MPPC, you could use Meg's Body Scrub or ColorX will also work well.
Please keep us posted!
