How often do you wash your waffle weave?

I bought a nice sized waffle weave on the bay and it works great but it's blue/dark gray in color. I almost wish it was white so I could really see how dirty it is. I hate drying near the bottom of the car then looking at the towel wondering if it's clean enough to just hang dry and reuse..
So my question, especially for those with yellow water magnets is, how often do you wash your drying towel? And is there any shortcut methods such as rinsing it after use, or a quik handwash that might help a bit?
Running a washload for just 1 towel after every car wash isn't very ideal in my house.

I wash mine after every use.

Even though the car is clean when I use it, it still seems to get dirty from accidently touching tires / wheels / under mud guards etc.

I wash each time... Though I do all the MF together, Supreme Shines, etc as well. And have enough to do two cars worth, so a bigger load.

I am sure a hand wash would be fine, esp if didn't pick up any grime.

I have never really counted, but I would hazard a guess that I wash them after four or five uses, eight or ten......or when I remember to. There is so little water left on my vehicles when the wash is finished (well waxed and gently hosed off) that they hardly even get wet. For the lower portions and crevices, I blow the water away with compressed air.

We recommend washing your drying towels and wash mitts after each use. Personally, since I have a few of each, I won't necessarily wash them immediately after use but I won't use them again until I have washed them. I'm not about to wash just two or three items at a time so I collect things up. It doesn't take long to use a couple more microfiber towels for light interior cleaning, quick detailer wipe downs, etc and usually once a week I've got enough microfiber towels collected up for a small load of laundry. Yes, I keep a laundry basket in the garage.

And that's a big reason that PT Cruiser has remained perfectly swirl free for so long right Mike!
Yea I know, the only reason that made me think about this is because my 2nd drying towel [a synthetic chamios I bought from the dollar store] has just about bit the dust. I had been using it for drying the bottom parts of the car.. And since it's only a buck I kinda treat them like they're disposable once they get cruddy.[I only dry my wheels with it now] But the dollar store is out of them for now so Im left with only my waffle weave and found myself worrying about swiping up a patch of dirt from the bottom.
I know a "synthetic chamios" from the dollar store may sound like a joke [a risky joke at that] lol. Which is why I only ever used it for below the trim and bumper duties. I also like to use it on the glass as I usually end up swiping too close to the rubber and hate the black marks on my good towel. If I ever see them again at the $1 store I'll probably buy a few of them to have on deck.. I figure that way, if my waffle weave never has to touch the bottom half of the car or the windows, I should be able to remain clean for 2-4 washes like Blueline does^^ But until then I'm being really carefull and might even try a quik handwash on the towel.

As far as microfiber mitt goes.. I don't have a grit guard and only use 1 bucket. But what I do is keep my hose nearby at all times and hit my mitt with a strong stream after every small section. I find this method works quite well as I can see the grit on my bright green mitt hose off, then I'm ready for new Gold Class suds. In the end I'm left with a grit free bucket and havn't noticed any new swirls or scratches since I've adopted these new carefull methods of keeping the grit away.
