Hey my front bumper and fenders were just painted. Is it ok to wash with NXT and use quik detail/speed detail on the new paint. I know not to use the waxes and such but is the NXT wash/quikd ok to use on the new paint?

You know I saw this in this forum late last night and I meant to answer it and somehow it fell off the radar screen.
While NXT Car Wash and Meguiar's' Quik Detailer are not what Meguiar's refers to as body shop safe, I don't think they will be detrimental to the curing process to the point it will make a difference.
In a perfect world however, if you want to reduce the potential for any negative effect, then you would want to use products Meguiar's specifically formulate for fresh paint.
For a car wash this would be, M0016 Hi Tech Wash or M62 Car Shampoo and Conditioner and for a quick detailer, this would be M34 Final Inspection.
Sorry for the delay...
