    Thanks Guz.

    I have a few "friends" over there that I know through this forum / AGO. Of course, we're only forum buddies though, so I would feel too imposing asking one of them to help me out.

    I actually have family over there too. But again, I hardly ever speak to them and I think it would be awkward if i said "Hi, remember me? Um, can I have some detailing supplies shipped to your house, then have a courier pick them up to ship them to me?"

            I know, it's caused an absolute uproar down here. Everyone is pointing the finger and blaming someone else..

            All I know is that it's a sad day for us. Holden have been part of our car manufacturing history and indeed our heritage for 65 years

                  I've decided to do the same with my VE SSV. I bought it brand new and I've taken such a big hit on it as far as depreciation, I just can't bring my self to get rid of it. Plus, it's a garage queen in better-than-new condition with very, very low mileage. I think it will become my "grandpa car" for the future. I'll just keep updating my daily driver (currently a 2013 Audi A3 1.8T DSG which the wife mainly drives) every 5 years or so...

                    No, not yet. Meghan at AG has sent me a few emails and I was getting my hopes up... but now it's gone quiet from them too.

                      Our clubby is the mrs' pride n joy... She searched for months to find the right one to buy... It is exact model she wanted, complete with full trimmings, and is the same colour as the Murph Edition that sold that year... She will never sell it..

                      Should something happen to her before me, and we are still together, I will never sell it... and her son will lay claim to it over my dead body...

                        Davey, unfortunately all of this applies to you simply by virtue of the fact that you live in Australia. I really wish it weren't so because I consider you a very valuable member of this forum, I love your passion for the Meguiar's brand, and I love you being sort of a spokesperson for us in Australia. All of that makes it all the more painful for me to have to relay the information I did in my previous post. If there was anything I could do to help you out, I'd do it in a heartbeat, but unfortunately I just can't.

                            I really like Meguiars, this forum and detailing in general. I'll just have to adjust the way I do some things from now on.

                                ^ They are very fussy about accepting liquids. You can give it a try but there is no guarantee that they will accept it.
