help serious paint defects

hello,
my car is megane 2 2004.

i have serious paint defects over the
whole car .

i photograph some pictures :























little hard to see the defects , but there is :
scrach deep \ light
bird dropping thet dry and cannot remove with
shampoo
the Hood changed to the color orange
and etc

i have
polisher dual action + ultimate compound+ultimate polish
and also pads
meguiras buff 2.0 (red, yellow, black )

how i can fix this defects and
bring the car paint to be like new without this defects?

I'll try to answer as best as I can. But typically any scratch that you can feel with your finger nail is deep and probably not removable. Seeing as you have ultimate compund you can go over those deep scratches and make them look better. Depending on how long the bird dropping has been on the paint it may still leave a spot even after you have compounded and polished the area. But it can be made to look better

Judging from your photos I would wash, clay, UC, UP and the wax/selant of your choice.
I'm not too familiar with the meguiar's pads but I believe you want to go with the yellow pad with both products. Also use a foam applicator for those hard to reach areas like under the door handles.

I would not go over this spot. It looks like the clear coat is failing.

Read the labes on the products you have, it's all there.
These are all normal defects that can be fix with the products you have. Except for the CC failure
