Streaks no more - yeah right

I have had no problems whatsoever with streaks for years

until about a month ago things have been brutal, i take really good care of my ride

yet the streaks are all over the place - i use the two step method, 2 micro fiber towels

, one to wipe the product in then the other to wipe dry any streaks, i have NO IDEA

what it is i'm doing wrong , my method(s) in how i detail my car have NOT changed

one iota, as a matter of fact i have found that *windex* is no different to use then

top of the line *spray-a-way*(for me anyway) , this stuff is amazing - finally i stopped by a detail

shop this summer and asked a guy what i'm doing wrong and he clearly

didn't want to say to much however he did tell me to use *WD-40" there is no way

i'm using that stuff on my windows , anyone have any suggestions, i have been

away for a while , i am tying up loose ends for major surgery i have coming up in

a few weeks - i need to really make it a point to hang out here , you folks have

given me some outstanding tips on the ins and outs on detailing and for that

i'm grateful

Maybe got windows smeared with something?

Could try claying, or a paint cleaner like Ult. Compound, at least for the outside.

Are you able to determine which side the streaks are on?

While your method may not have changed, what is on the windows may have. Sometimes you have to adjust even the best method to achieve a similar result to previous attempts.
