Looks like you'll spend more time forming a clay disc every time you knead a clean area of clay. I would think the pad would get soggy and sling the thin lubricant wildly. IMO.
This clay pad holder is soooo yesterday, I recently bought the Nanoskin Autoscrub, along with their various towels and clay mitts.
Just found some good prices on Amazon.com.
That clay holder seems like a lotta work compared to the new Nanoskin technology....i recently washed, clayed and waxed my buddie's car in 90 mins...seriously doubt you can do that with the clay pad holder

May have to try this product on the test car.. All this time I have been claying the old fashion way
These are a waste of time and money.
Clay needs to be "kneaded" in order to "hide" the dirt it picks up.
so after every other panel you'll have to remove, kneed, re-shape, re-install.
Clay still has a place in my arsenal of products but my goto on 99% of the vehicles I detail get "rubber", Nano Skin.
With a Nano Skin I can "clay" as I wash. this saves me at least an hour or even 2, on a huge SUV, and my arm.
