Wax/Polish & Detailer Spray for a car with a XPEL paint protection film?

My car is black and has an XPEL paint protection film (PPF) on the front -- Can anyone recommend a Wax/Polish and/or a Detailer Spray that I can use on both the paint and the XPEL PPF without leaving a white (dries clear) residue line on the PPF seams and does not "yellow" the PPF over time. XPEL recommends using wax/cleaners without Naptha or Kerosene.

The XPEL sealant and cleaners according to their MSDS sheets use: Sodium Meta Silicates, Butoxy Ethanol & Dipropylane Glycol Monomethyl Ether

Some over the counter Meguiar product recommendation are welcomed. Thanks in advance.

You posted this on Friday evening and it got by us over the weekend, sorry.

Our Ultimate Wax in liquid form will not dry white and it's also our longest lasting, best protecting wax. It's perfectly safe to use on the PPF you have (as are any of our waxes, for that matter) and it won't yellow it over time. It could be argued that a carnauba wax with a very heavy carnauba load might cause it to yellow a bit over time, but that's really only going to be noticeable if the underlying paint is white or silver. As for a quick detailer to use as a routine maintenance product, any of our QDs are totally safe here. None of them will leave any residue. You could also use either our Gold Class Quik Wax or Ultimate Quik Wax between proper wax applications if you like.

Generally speaking, about the only thing you really want to keep off a PPF are those products that contain abrasives. That means no Ultimate Compound, ScratchX 2.0, M105, etc. You could lightly polish with something like Ultimate Polish but since you won't really gain anything in doing so there's really no point to it. We have seen cases where, once the film has aged to the point that the car owner wants to replace it, an application of M205 with a foam polishing pad via DA has cleaned things up quite nicely. But that's a bridge to cross well down the road.
