That's not your problem.
I'm sure you using them correctly.
Change the way you wash them. That's the only thing I see in your regiment that doesn't match mine.

From my experience megs mf discs cut allot better but dont last nearly as long as b n s mf discs.
B n s are built really well but takes more passes to achieve the same results as megs mf.

I'll update if I notice any differences once the changes have been made. One other question Mario, what type of glue did you use when you had that one pad start to delaminate? And how effective was it?

3M Spray 90
Holds awesome. You can glue just about anything with stuff.
Spray both sides let them drive for five minutes then bond them together.
