Well IMO the mitt and the towel will be the most important. The washing and drying phases is were most swirls and scratches come from.

No mit, use a Clean MF towel
Any Meg's Wash is great, Me, Hyper Wash.
Wax is a personal choice, Me, M20
Waffle Weave Towel, Bigger the better.

You need to work a Meguiar's smooth clay kit before you lay down your wax or sealant for the first time. Yes, even on a new car.

I agree with Please Wash Me above, waffle weave MF towel.

Check prev posts regarding leaf blower drying and ww towel to dry the remaining.
