Italian acid rain

I just moved from the states to Italy, and needless to say the mud/acid rain did a number on my baby (Chrysler 300) I have attached pic with this post. Could you please help me out with this problem, I've tried every thing from using Meguiar's C-2000 Professional Detailing Clay, Mild, Meguiar's A3714 Quik Compound Water Spot Remover, Meguiar's Ultimate Compound, to Meguiar's Professional Dual Action Polisher, with the Meguiar's W 8207 7" Soft Buff 2.0 Foam Polishing Pad /Meguiar's 7" Soft Buff 2.0 Foam Cutting Pad but, nothing seems to work to get them out. I'm I doing something wrong please any help would be grateful. Thanks in advance! your pictures do not work, however i had some rain etching on my hood i just removed yesterday from white paint, I used the Meguiars machine on speed 4 with the yellow pad forget what it is called with swirl x,,,it did a GREAT job,,I did do a test before hand doing it by hand,,,which led me to use the machine,,,followed it with NXT 2.0,,,Oh and i clayed the hood after i washed before i did anything else..please fix you pictures so we can see what you have there!
