Fixing Holograms?

Is it possible to fix holograms on a 2009 Civic Si with black paint? I called to make an appointment to the local detail shop and he told me that is pretty much impossible and would not even attempt to fix a Honda or Acura paint that has been messed up since the paint is too "soft"?

The car I have looks good at night and not in direct sunlight but once the sun hits it directly it looks like this...

I'd rather take it to a professional but the detail shop near me said he wouldn't touch honda paint ?

It is fixable, but you may have to try out different cleaner, cleaner or polish, cleaner wax, or better yet check this out:

That plus the arrival of new waxes (white and black wax) can solve this if not make it less visible.

That is fixable.
The detailer you took it to doesn't have the skills to do it.
You have to find someone who has the skills.
