I have a 2012 Cyberflash Corvette GS Centennial. The vehicles is always been garaged and detailed frequently.

would the Meguiars Black Wax be too abrasive? I have never used a cleaner, just clay bar and polish

Black wax is an AWESOME product. I highly recomend it!

Probably not so much. Due to the slight abrasives you will be removing whatever you put down prior.
I usually don't find a need to top it. When I have I get no noticeable different.
