Need Help with scratches on brand new car!

I just got a brand new Ford Explorer yesterday and my Girlfriend took the car to get chairs for our deck. One of the guys helped her at Target and scratched the car as he was putting the chairs in the back of the car. The scratch is on the bumper and is driving me crazy. He also scratched the plastic trim around the inside of tailgate on the car.

Here is a picture of the scratch on the rear bumper. I can fit my thumb nail in the scratch.

I tried to get the best pictures I could. Any ideas on how i can get rid of the scratch on the bumper and how to get rid of the scratches on the plastic trim?

If you can feel it, your stuck....

But can try some Ult. Compound to improve it some. Just don't focus a lot of passion in one tiny spot with a finger, you want to kind of working it over the area.

How about the inside trim...Any ideas?

anything you do will remove the texture... so make it stand out more.

I'd get some Ult. Protectant and dress it, and may blend in.
