Last night I waxed my Traverse with some Ultimate Paste Wax. I was very impresses with the ultimate. Is it recommended that I put a second coat of Ultimate on? Also here is mi dilemma. When I was wiping the wax of the car I noticed the dreaded stone chip in the paint. I need to get the touch up paint but, now the chip has one coat of wax on it already. do I put that second coat on or do I wait until I touch up the chip?

A second coat might be a idea just to make sure you cover areas where you might have possibly missed on your first coat. I may be wrong but I would want that chipped area to be protected as much as possible until it can be touched up.2012 Acura CBP TL SH-AWD Tech -

Probably finish your waxing. Then use alcohol on the spot, and clean out the chip, etc before applying paint.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR BlueComment
