Would Anyone know the actual PH Level of the Megs Gold Class Rich Leather Conditioner. I've heard different PH levels affect the actual impact a leather conditioner has on certain leather surfaces.

If your referring to G18616, the pH is 8.2-9. As to the statement above, I guess it would depend on what type of leather. Our products are safe on leather and vinyl surfaces, but we recommend to test for colorfastness and compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area first.
