  • help with soft clear coat

    so i have polished this roof top (the black one) after m100 with mf system, and then m205 with finish w9000 pad speed 3,4,5 i have tried every speed, i still see those holograms.

    products i have m83,m80,205,100,105.
    pads: lc white, mf cut, w7000,w8000,w9000, wool, and soft 3m.

    i have tried several combinations and nothing, maybe im doing wrong. Thank you

    Any help pls?

    Well, assuming it has been good technique and everything, do you have some kind of cleaner/wax like #66/ColorX, etc?

      Nope just what i mentioned, do i have to do a second hand with mf or this is what mf system leaves? I have done the burgundy part with no haze at all but this one is hard as hell i cant

        Well, it certainly can.

        And M100 and MF Cut pad is a very aggressive combination, so it certainly could leave marring, even more so on soft paint.

        Are you able to tell if the swirls/marring/holograms are from the M100/MF and are staying in place, or is the #205 moving things around and causing swirls itself?
