  • Top Coat provides a little more gloss on silver!!

Decided to use some Mother's Top Coat on the car. It's been sitting around for awhile, so I wanted to start using it up. I'm sure this stuff would be even better on darker cars but what the heck. Don't worry, after it's gone I will use something from Meg's for a top coat!

I know it's not a striking difference, but still has a nice shine and gloss for what silver can offer.

This one is kind of trippy on the eyes to me. I opened the trunk lid all the way and did a half reflection shot.

Now think of this. You can see me in this reflection, but it's not real clear, BUT you can still kind of see me. It'd be very clear if it was black or darker. Not bad for silver paint.

Nice! I'm also guilty of "incorporating" meguiars with mothers top coat. It does work well on dark colors.. Quite easy to use, but I maintain with Last Touch or UQD. Yes, and on silver it does add a bit of pop to the paint, it gives a slightly thicker look.
