I am just getting heavy back into Meguiar's once again and I have a question regarding the Ultimate Wash & Wax. I ordered http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this. I have been researching alot of Meguiar's products and which to buy for our new truck, black. If I plan to polish and wax, is it still safe to use the wash and wax or will the alter the finish of my polish and wax? Might be a dumb question but I know some products will alter or work against others when applied together.

You won't have any problems. The Ultimate Wash & Wax isn't going to leave a high enough level of wax on the surface to cause any problems for you. You wouldn't want to apply something truly durable, like Ultimate Quik Wax, on the surface just before polishing but the Wash & Wax will be just fine. As a maintenance product it will help to keep the shine and slickness at a very high level, but it's never going to be a substitute for a proper wax application.Michael Stoops
