Has any one used the small harbor frieght 900 w gen to run a vac. I have a honda 2000eu and love it but im looking for a small backup generator when there is pet hair to run a second vac ?

Don't buy one! There only good for charging a cell phone. -
Friend bought one from there. Ran, but wouldn't charge anything. He returned it with gas in the tank and they wouldn't let him drain it.Comment

You need at the very least a 1500watt generator. anything less will ruin small electric motors. The small ones are only good for a light bulb.Comment
