Re: Need help with dull white single stage paint
So I started to tackle this Saturday. Hand wash with a few different scrubbers, then dry, then ultimate compound. I am pretty pleased with the compound. It left a shine the car didn't previously have, and it also seemed to take some caked in dirt off on an area that I wasn't able to get off with soap and water.
Ill try to get some pics up of my midway results. It definitely professional, but I'm thrilled with the shine it brought out of the paint that was previously dull and flat.
I didn't have the time to take the steps. If I don't get to it for a polish and wax in the next few days, will I have to compound again? Or can I just wash to make sure it's clean, and then go straight to polish or waxing?

Re: Need help with dull white single stage paint
If you use the UC on everything over a couple days, you could save one day to Ult. Polish and Wax everything at once maybe, so it is all nice and even.
But the polish is a bit of an optional step.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
